I offer services that fit a variety of runners, whether you’re looking for ample feedback and communication or you just want a training plan tailored to your busy schedule and specific needs without the extras.

One on one coaching - $130

I offer my one-on-one coaching through an incredible company called Team RunRun. When you sign up with me, in addition to the services listed below, you’ll also join a team of athletes and coaches who want to connect with you and cheer you on. Take advantage of the resources, discounts, and community!

What you get:

  • personalized training plans in the Final Surge platform

  • unlimited communication with me — no question is too small!

  • race day strategies and scheduled pre-race calls

  • knowledge from an experienced UESCA Certified coach that ranges from exercise physiology, nutritional needs, mental habit training, and training athletes of varying abilities and goals

  • no nickel-and-diming. I try to bring my best self every day and do that by offering one all-inclusive package that includes everything you need to feel supported and prepared. No extra fees for phone calls, plan adjustments, etc.

  • a community through Team RunRun

  • a coach by your side who is just really excited to celebrate your wins and watch you love the sport

custom training plan - $50

I offer training plans that are fully customized to your fitness, your schedule, and your needs. After a call during which I learn about you as a runner and person, your current fitness level, your goals, and your needs for your training plan, I write a plan that’s built just for you.

These plans are great for athletes who don’t want check-ins throughout the training cycle and are just looking for help with structuring a plan that considers them specifically.

What you get:

  • a custom training plan for your full build up to a goal race, delivered to you via Google Sheets

  • a phone call (generally up to an hour, but realistically however long it takes to get an understanding of you) to discuss your needs and what you want to get out of a plan

  • guidelines on how to adapt/adjust the plan as things arise

  • suggested strength exercises to support your goals, improve your mechanics, and prevent injuries

Note: this plan does not include communication throughout the training cycle

consultation call - $40

We all have questions and sometimes we just want to pick someone’s brain. Need help with your race strategy? Have questions about modifying or structuring your own training? Want to learn more about pacing or understand the science behind the taper? This is the place!

What you get:

  • one hour phone call with me to discuss whatever you want!

Note: if you are already doing my one-on-one coaching, all calls are included in your monthly fee.
